Aches Away Balm

Said to help with muscle pain and stiffness, this formula is one you will use over and over.  I use it when I have overdone it at the gym, gardening, etc.  This is said towork on acute as well as chronic muscular/skeletal issues.   Can be used as needed but always at night before sleep.  (Sleep heals!)  This formula is also found in the 911 Kit.

Directions: Using applicator, take a small amount and apply directly to affected area and rub in.  Do not use on broken skin.  Avoid contact with mucus membranes or eyes.  Wash hands after application.

Acid Reflux Relax Cream 

Acid reflux is caused when the sphincter muscle between the stomach and the esophagus is stuck open (spasming) causing stomach acids to rush up into the esophagus causing severe burning pain and discomfort.  With continued use, the essential oils used in this formula are said to encourage the muscle to relax and resume its proper function.

Directions: Using applicator, take a small amount and apply to center of chest just beflow ribs.

Acute Care Serum (or Emergency Serum)

This is a must have formula for almost any acute situation.  Included in our 911 Kit, it is said to be excellent when used on bumps and bruises as well as skin irritations and even in times of food poisoning.

Directions: Using applicator, apply a small amount to affected area and gently rub in.  Can be re-applied as needed.  In the case of food poisoning, apply a small amount directly onto tummy starting at lower right and moving up and around.  Re-apply every two hours until symptoms subside.

Directions: Said to support and nurture the adrenals, apply a couple of drops to fingertips.  Place your hands on your waist (like you are mad at someone) and apply to center of the back waist just below bottom of ribcage.  Use every morning.  This is an energy giving formula, so don't apply after 3 pm to avoid interfering with sleep.

Lymphatic Cleanse Serum

It is said that clogged lymphatic can show up in a variety of ways most often charaterized by sluggish energy, allergies, headaches, odd rashes,  bodyaches, etc.

Directions:
Shower or bathe, towel dry and then dry brush using a natural bristle brush. To dry brush, go over the whole body once with the brush, always moving up towards the heart. After dry brushing, apply 2-4 pumps to palm of hands and apply all over body, avoiding face and neck.
Apply onto feet, legs, torso, hands and arms, always moving up towards the heart.
On tummy, apply in a clockwise direction starting from bottom right.  Women should apply onto breast area in a circular motion moving out towards arm pits.
It is said that this formula will support energy, as it gently cleanses.  Note: Do not apply after 3 pm to avoid interfering with sleep.

Do not apply any lotions, perfumes, etc. over this for 2-3hours to allow body to absorb fully. Do not use if pregnant.
